If you’re looking for a true dream home. You found it! True luxury apartments. No bugs!!!, always parking, the management ... and team are absolutely the most wonderful friendly and HONEST people you will ever meet. You definitely don’t have to leave the complex to have a family day out or a romantic date night. They have I believe 9 pools? Beautiful clean pools, tennis court, soccer field, basketball court, two MOVIE THEATERS!! In the apartments! And this is all free! A club house, car wash, a park for the kids! A lake to go fishing, a gym that has everything you can imagine. You can take a beautiful walk through a garden they made, places to bar b q, they they have valet garbage! I wouldn’t go out of my way to write this if it wasn’t worth telling you about. First off I would like the thank all management ... and staff?????? You will not find a more wonderful CARING team. When I need maintenance (light bulbs, and once I thought I broke the draw but he came in and just opened it????) other than that I never needed them! But the times I did they was there either same day or next. The apartments inside and out are not call Luxury apartments for no reason, I’m not sure which is more beautiful inside or out? I mean the apartments are absolutely gorgeous and always kept us they do not leave trash everywhere, very clean very well kept, been here 3 years thank God no bugs, if I saw 5 in the entire time I was here that’s to much and they were outside bugs at that. There gym?? I’m in love, I believe 9 pools sparkling clean, park, car wash, a nice areas to look at, tennis, basketball and more a lot more omg they even have two movie theaters inside the apartments! ?? I mean you can honestly have a entire day and night out with never even leavening your home ?? I’m blessed to be hear, I’m so grateful for living here. Best place I ever lived. I just moved here on 08/24/19 and the office staff was so caring and wonderful. My leasing agent Kimberly was wonderful. ... All the ladies were so nice and helpful but the one that went beyond to take care of me was Ruby, thank you so much. I am so happy I came here to live. Hi, I have lived here since almost 3 years, and first I would like to say thank you to the wonderful team at chapel hill ... apartments the entire team there our amazing! They actually care! I lived in many apartments and by far I can not even compare Manegement and team to anywhere in to 15 states I lived in. Also the apartments are beautiful inside and out! I mean when they say luxury they mean it! You have so many things to to in the apartments you can have an entire day out with never even leaving the apartments. Inside amazing. Lots of closet space NO BUGS!!! Clean beautiful, also you actually have so many stores walking distance from the apartments that’s a extra bonus. I want to say more but I probably already took up to much space lol but if you do have a chance to move here not me or one of my neighbors ever had regret, and the people who move (out of state or lease is up) they do not want to leave bc they know you’ll never find a place this again.
