I really like living here, when we need their maintenance their service to me is quick and the apartments good. The pools are clean and the gym well equipped. There are spaces available for cars. The location is also very good.

Maintenance repairs have been done in a timely manner. Pool upgrade is wonderful and kept up. Grounds are being kept a lot better recently. The community is pretty quite not much noise at all. Location is conveniently located near major highways and shopping.

This is a great community to live in. Every benefit that you can think of that comes along with a luxury apartment is included in the cost friendly rent appropriations. I would more than likely recommend Chapel Hill all my friends and family if they were looking for a place to live!

Great experience to live here. We moved here in Apr 2019. So far I didn't find any issues. Apartment is very clean and facilities are good. Very near to Walmart and other places as well. Staff is very friendly and recommended to others as well.

Only lived there for 2 days now notice that there are a lot of families and activities for them I enjoy that there's plenty of activities to do as far as tennis soccer volleyball the gym the pool and spa
