Hi, I’m Brad Sham. Maybe you’ve heard me broadcasting football games, or doing soccer and basketball on television. But what you don’t know about me is that for 3 and a half years, when the game was over, I came home to Chapel Hill in Lewisville. That’s why I want to tell you some things only a resident can. The Chapel Hill apartment community living experience is tremendous. Leasing agents can tell you about specials, and they know more about the incomparable amenities like pools and dog parks and movie screening theaters and racquetball courts and on site gyms. What I can tell you is that at Chapel Hill, when they talk about community, it’s not just a word. It’s how they live. You’re not just a tenant. You’re someone they care about. If you’re looking for an apartment community, you want to know that your needs are met. In 3 ½ years, I might have had five service requests, all for very little things. They were always done by the next day, correctly, with a follow-up call to see if everything was okay. At Chapel Hill, there is amazing care given to doing it right and making it feel like a family. Chapel Hill didn’t ask me to tell you these things. I volunteered. It’s a great place to live. I should know

This has been one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. The staff has been very helpful & always takes care of requests w/in 24 hrs. The apartment is well maintained & the maintenance dept. + staff are very prompt in any requests
